₹50,000 refundable security is separate. Every rate includes GST except the thickshake machine, quoted at ₹3,82,000 plus 18% GST and shown with GST above. Steel counters are billed on finished weight at ₹555/kg including GST (260 kg is the estimate). Transport is extra in every city. The ₹2,00,000 franchise fee is non-refundable once the agreed rights are provided, subject to company-failure and mandatory-law exceptions.

MY COLD ZONE began in Surat in 2013. FIZORA, our syrup factory established in 2018, supports the range with defined recipes and a clear supply process.
MY COLD ZONE POS
Billing, KOT and token, recipes and stock on the counter POS supplied in the package, with its printer. FIZORA orders go straight from the counter. No separate charge for company software today; any future cost is recovered at actual cost only after 15 days’ written notice.
The owner app
Sales, stock, expenses, profit and loss, GST reports and your account with the company — on your phone, from Google Play. Recipes are never copied to personal phones.
A clear supply process
₹1,00,000 of first raw material — FIZORA syrups and packaging — is in the package. Later replenishment and delivery are separate. Agreed branded materials and permitted local ingredients follow company standards.
Opening, planned with you
Your opening and launch marketing budget is ₹50,000, planned with the company. Official brand pages and campaigns stay centrally controlled; campaign costs follow the agreed disclosed process.
Care, records and service
Check deliveries, hygiene, temperatures and expiry. Stop suspect stock and report promptly. Machines carry the supplier’s warranty; the company coordinates service.

Applicable late interest on undisputed overdue amounts is 12% a year, simple, under the agreement.
Purchased machinery and furniture remain yours. Low sales or closure do not create automatic machinery buyback or a full package refund. Company-failure and mandatory-law exceptions remain.
